SmarterServices Automated Proctoring Service (Update on rollout timeline)
 
For those who were able to attend the training session today, thank you for your attendance and questions. The College is going to delay the go-live with the automated proctoring service until faculty have had the opportunity to review the Q&A from SmarterServices, and to the greatest extent possible, SmarterServices has resolved any outstanding questions. I also want faculty to see the experience from the student's perspective, as well as the output that is produced by the automated proctoring service from the actual portal.
 
At this point, I am awaiting the Q&A that SmarterServices is putting together from our training. Once we have the document, I will forward it out for review and additional questions.
 
Expect to hear more in the coming days.
