Autumn Brings Change to MSY
September Session News!
September 7 - October 2, 2021
(4 weeks, No classes Labor Day Monday)

Punchpass Tips - IMPORTANT!

Registration is a two-step process
  • Purchase a Pass FIRST (Single Class, Four Class or Unlimited Classes)
  • Reserve your classes You must reserve each class you want to attend. Purchasing a pass does NOT register you for a specific class. If your chosen class is full, simply add your name to the waiting list or choose a different class.
You will receive 2 emails from Punchpass
  • a receipt for the pass purchased
  • a confirmation for the class reservation

Class Cancellations
  • If you need to cancel a class, please try to do so longer than 12 hours before the start time of the class so that another student has the opportunity to take your place. If you cancel with less than 12 hours, your reservation will be considered a Late Cancel and your pass forfeited. If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact MSY!
  • You can cancel your class from the reservation confirmation email or from your account (choose the specific class you want to cancel and look for the option to cancel).
  • Consider moving your reservation to a different class as an alternative to cancelling your reservation! You will find this option with the one to cancel a specific class from your account. If you want to move your reservation within the 12 hour Late Cancel period, please contact MSY and we can move it for you.

Studio Changes for Autumn
First, what stays the same?
  • Sessions are 4 weeks long
  • Senior classes are 60 minutes long - Active Seniors, Chair Yoga, Chair Pilates
  • Maximum of 10 students in all classes
  • Passes necessary for all classes - purchased singly or in groups
  • Masks worn in the studio and during yoga practice, regardless of vaccination status
  • Eager students and inspired teaching!

Now, what changes?
  • Regular yoga classes will be 75 minutes long - Gentle, Gentle/Moderate, Moderate, Moderate Plus, and Bone Health and Balance (in studio and on Zoom)
  • Class Times for 3 classes - see below

Class Time Changes
We hope you like these changes as much as we do!

Friday morning classes are switching times:
  • 9:30-10:45AM - Bone Health and Balance (now 75 minutes long)
  • 11:30-12:30PM - Chair Pilates (now all Senior classes are at the same time on Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

Wednesday evening class has a new time:
  • 5:30-6:45PM - Moderate Yoga
Fee Structure Changes
After many years with no fee increases, it is time to bolster the studio's income to bring you more classes and workshops that transform your lives. With deepest gratitude to you!

Regular Classes
  • Single Class Pass - $18
  • Four Class Pass - $70 (savings over single class passes)
  • Unlimited Pass - $170 (big savings for more than 2 classes/week)

Senior Classes
  • Single Class Pass - $12
  • Four Class Pass - $45 (savings over single class passes)
  • Unlimited Pass - $110 (big savings for more than 2 classes/week)

Circle of Friends
  • 2 people - $30 each
  • 3-4 people - $25 each
  • 5+ people - $20 each

Private Yoga Classes and Yoga Therapy
  • new fee structure coming later in the Autumn

Rest & Renew Yoga!
Sunday September 26, 4:00 - 5:30pm $25
