Colorful Autumn Events Lead Into The Holidays
It happens every October in Pony Express Territory. The days grow shorter, the nights cooler, and the trees turn beautiful shades of yellow, orange, and red. It's also the season when communities along Highway 50 celebrate this special time of year in many colorful ways.
Are you ready for a family affair geared to young goblins? The Ghostly Pioneers of Old Town Dayton are back to spin tales of old on the Haunted Hayride, Thursday, October 27th. This event includes spirited "historical" living tale ghosts, and begins at the Dayton Museum. Old-fashioned children's games and contests are also featured. For more information, call 775-246-0505 or download a flyer.

So, are you brave enough to get on the Haunted Ghost Train of Old Ely this year? Reservations are highly recommended. These trains almost always sell out, and who wants to be left behind at the depot on a night like this? For ticket and
