Whether you are completely new to Tai Chi, or need to practice the fundamentals, learn about this "moving meditation" to help activate and stretch your muscles in a slow, gentle manner. Tai Chi has proven to reduce stress, improve balance, focus, memory and concentration and increase strength, flexibility and overall well-being. No special clothing or equipment are required.
