Greetings!
What a full month we've had!
We've kicked off the Writing Through the Seasons: Autumn series at Bloedel, having two of the five sessions this past month. I gave a talk, Pope Francis' Inspiration to Live as a Spiritual Ecologist: A Lay Perspective to the Edinburgh International Centre for Spirituality and Peace. A hearty group of folks joined The Heart and Soul of Memoir Writing class two weeks ago. This past Saturday, I led a "Hike for Hunger" to support our Interfaith Council's effort to feed those who are hungry locally and abroad. And on Monday evening, our Climate Circle hosted another Web of Life event, Reverence for Fire: Honoring Its Transformative Nature. You can read updates about all of these here.
Join us in a few days:
- Oct. 6th (Mon.) Compassionate Spiritual Ecology: A Virtual Gathering via Zoom Free (register to get access) 7:00 – 8:30 AM Pacific
May this season ignite a passionate fire within you as you journey through leafy places.
Blessings,
Jennifer Wilhoit
