Ava Community Energy (Ava) is seeking bids from prospective suppliers to Buy System or Flex RA (Ava sells) or Swap Generic RA for Flex RA (Ava sells Flex, respondent sells Generic) as further described herein: 

Product Description:

• Ava sells 2025 System and/or Flex RA outright
• Ava swaps Flex RA for Generic RA

Please respond with volumes and proposed pricing in the RA bid template.

Contract 

Ava intends to execute purchases under a standard WSPP Agreement (attached) but may consider edits.
