David Dominick sculpture unveiled at Midway YMCA

Midway YMCA executive director David Dominick was surprised last Thursday when a bust in his likeness was unveiled in the YMCA's lobby. The sculpture was kept a secret from David for a year, and was presented as a thanks for his hard work during the fundraising and construction of the new building. During the program, his many volunteering efforts throughout our community were also recognized.

February Membership Meeting: Mark Henneman: Investing in Minnesota
Mairs & Power's Mark Henneman will provide a case study informing how a regional economy can create an opportunity-rich landscape for investors. With the state of Minnesota as our example, he will delve into how a regional business culture with a self-reinforcing robust business climate evolves over time and what the drivers are for that development. We will also examine the importance of diversity across sectors, as well as the impacts of cross fertilization of ideas and talents.
