Avoid Vaccine Scams

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) toll-free number for tips on how to avoid COVID vaccine scams:

877-355-0213

  1. You cannot ever pay to put your name on a list to get the vaccine. That’s a scam.
  2. You cannot pay to get early access to the vaccine. That’s a scam.
  3. Nobody legitimate will call, text, or email about the vaccine and ask for your Social Security, bank account, or credit card number. That’s a scam.

It's a term coined by journalist Richard Louv in 2005 that describes the physical, mental and emotional problems that develop without a relationship to the outdoors. Sarah White says her mother nearly died before transferring to an assisted living room with a view.
Free Virtual Memory Screening from Alzheimer's Foundation of America
Memory screening is a simple and safe “healthy brain check-up” that tests memory and other thinking skills. It is not used to diagnose any particular illness and does not replace consultation with a physician or other clinician. Screenings are one-on-one with a qualified professional through a secure video conference in real time. You need a computer, smartphone or tablet with webcam.
