 Decision making in alliances can be challenging when different organizations, with different decision making processes, set-ups, and priorities partner. 

This event brings together speakers from a variety of organizations including: large pharma, biotech, legal practice and one of the UK’s leading cancer research charities to share their experiences of working across diverse organizations and the benefits and challenges of bridging the organizational differences.

As a UK charity, Cancer Research UK works with many different partners from commercial partners, large pharmaceutical partners, government organizations, charities, and academia.
