Hello !!

Hope you and your family are well! This past month just flew by! I’m starting to feel in the holiday mood. Great thing! I need more things to take my mind off the pandemic, how about you? I’m grateful that this is our busier time of year! Holiday sales are warming up now, so grab your lists and be sure not to let your customer miss out on paging through the catalogs each campaign (whether it is a paper book or digital)! If you want to grow and earn more with your business, the consistency and adding of names to your list is really basis of building your fortune and success!

To think that Avon for their first 10 years in business did not even print a catalog! How did they do it? I guess it was a show and sell or perhaps they had a master catalog that the Representative toted around to show each customer (along with the in person showing of products). Avon’s first mass produced catalog began printing in 1896! Next year, 2021, Avon is celebrating 135 years in business! Hey, I can’t wait to see how we will all be celebrating together! 

So much has changed over the last 134 years in Avon and we all have watched the changes really speed up in the last few, right? We are really good at change and adjusting, the year 2020 has taught us that it is one constant in life. I’m so proud that you all have been able to be strong and continue to be there for your customers – I know the extra interaction that we provide in serving them is especially meaningful during this time. Thank you for taking such great care of them!

Continue to take advantage of all the amazing training that the Avon Home Office continues to serve up – it is amazing how much there is to learn. Visit the Avon U training on AvonNow.com often, use the search feature too when you are looking locate a topic or product one pagers.

This offer is good from C24, 2020 - C1, 2021. (4 campaigns). You or your customers can receive this beautiful gift! Wow, she is pretty! Ok - details are:

  1. Sell $500 (cumulative) on AvonNow.com over the span of 4 campaigns any of the items in the Luxury Edit flyer and you will receive this beautiful gift🎁. That averages out to be only $125 a campaign in the products included in this flyer.

Initially why did you join Avon? 
I wanted to feel more independent and see if I really could sell it while staying home with my granddaughter.

Has your "why" changed since you joined? 
Yes, in some ways I fell in love with the products and it really has helped my skin. I am my own boss and making my own money again and I still can be home to help take care of my granddaughter.

What is your proudest moment in your business?
Reaching my goals!

How do you find new customers? 
Walking from house to house talking to people handing out brochures and samples, passing out my business cards and doing surprise giveaways have landed me new customers!

What are your best tips for business? 
To take the time to listen to people and have a good conversation, not to just push what your selling. Let people know you care and you’re just not there to make a sale. Yes, this takes some of my time up, but I have found that it also has helped my sales. People want to buy from people who take time with them and care.

What is your favorite Avon product and why? 
I absolutely love the Anew vitamin c serum and the Dr. Belmeur recovery cream. It has been a life changer for me. For two years I struggled with a face rash I developed after lots of strong Antibiotics and a surgery I had on my intestines. For some reason I developed a dark red burning rash on my face that was terrible to look at and burned like someone splashed hot boiling water on my face. I have seen a dermatologist that had no answers for me, they just gave me expensive creams to use but none worked. Their cream just eased the pain a little for about 30 min. I was so scared to try the Vitamin C Brightening Serum and the Dr. Belmeur Recovery Cream on my face but I said it can’t hurt no more than all the other creams and medicines I have tried. Well, guess what??? it worked... no burning, no dark blistered redness. It took it all away and I have my face back!! So far, it’s been wonderful, and I have started to use night creams and day creams and it feels so good not to be in pain and have a blistered look on my face. I use my vitamin c serum and the recovery cream daily!!
