AVONDALE IN ACTION
Career Talks with ACE
“As a kid growing up many years ago, I had little notion of the careers I might pursue. I grew up on a farm...and had little knowledge of other careers until later in life.” We want to educate students about what people do in their jobs. So, as part of the ACE summer program, we ask people to take ~30 minutes, come by the church, and talk with students about what you do professionally. More
Sign-Up for Home Kits
After experiencing long-term homelessness, Roof Above and other organizations are helping people achieve housing! An Avondale Mission program this summer is helping these individuals with "Welcome Home Kits" of basic, essential home items. Please sign-up to contribute! Anyone can participate to help build these kits.
