Please join us for the second in our on-going listening and engagement sessions. Last month we had a great discussion on district communications. Tonight, we'll discuss all things facilities/capital projects in the KMHS Campus library starting at 7 PM. We'll start with a brief presentation followed by informal discussion.

Support Our Laser And The MACC Fund
Lily Randgaard, one of our Lasers' basketball state champions, and Northern Illinois recruit, has recently been named to the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) State Basketball All-Star Game in Wisconsin Dells June 29. This is quite an achievement and she is excited to represent Kettle Moraine on the Division 1 South Team!

The main goal of this event is to raise money to help fight the battle against childhood cancer. Every All-Star player must raise money in order to compete in the game. All proceeds from contributions are for the MACC Fund (Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer). Since the All-Star games started in 1978, the WBCA has been able to donate over $2.9 million dollars to help battle childhood cancer.

If any families are interested in sponsoring Lily, donations can be made on her page in her name, which will count toward her fundraising goal. All donations are fully tax-deductible.

Today's education landscape is all about the power of choice and Kettle Moraine School District offers families incredible choices at every level.
The Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association has named Lasers coach Todd Hansen Girls Basketball Coach of the Year! Hansen led Kettle Moraine to the Division 1 state title with a 69-53 win over Appleton East. The team finished 27-3 on the season, winning an outright Classic Eight Conference title with a 15-1 league record. Congrats, coach!
KM Perform's "Anastasia" Nominated For 13 Jerry Awards
“Putting on a musical involves actors, dancers, singers, pit musicians, backstage crews, advertising, publicity, logo design and research,” said director Shelley Hooper. “For most schools, these activities need to take place after the regular school day ends with the goal of creating a final product. For students in the Kettle Moraine School for Arts and Performance, all of these components can be part of their daily curriculum during January and February with the goal of a final product that is just one part of their learning."
