The Yucca Valley Film Festival is proud to announce that James Morrison, the award-winning actor and director, will be the featured guest of this year’s highly anticipated Masterclass, taking place on Saturday, November 8 as part of the festival’s 7th annual edition.
Morrison follows in the footsteps of previous Masterclass hosts Rosanna Arquette, Shane Stanley, Brent Huff and William Baldwin, continuing a celebrated tradition that brings accomplished Hollywood talent to the Hi Desert for a one-of-a-kind conversation about the art of filmmaking.
The Masterclass has been a cornerstone of the Yucca Valley Film Festival since its inception, offering both community members and visiting filmmakers direct access to established industry professionals. Each year, the event reinforces the festival’s mission: to provide a welcoming space where artists and audiences come together to share stories, ideas, and a deep love for cinema.
James Morrison, known for his work across television, film and stage, will take the stage at 3 p.m. in the Yucca Room at the Yucca Valley Community Center. The Masterclass will be followed by a Picture Signing with Morrison at 4:30 p.m., offering fans and attendees the chance to meet the artist in person.
Admission to the Masterclass is free with festival credentials, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Early arrival is encouraged.
