Awarded For Member Service

On October 14th, the NorthPark Team was very proud to accept the Louise Herring Member Service Award from the Indiana Credit Union League (ICUL). Louise McCarren Herring was an Ohio native, recognized as one of the pioneer leaders of the not-for-profit cooperative credit union movement in the United States. Herring is universally regarded in the United States credit union movement as being the “Mother of Credit Unions” for her work with the movement since its earliest days.

Worldwide Foundation for Credit Unions Gives Fuel

More than 17,000 gallons of diesel fuel is being distributed to credit union member farmers in Ukraine free of charge, as part of the Worldwide Foundation for Credit Unions (WFCU) ongoing relief activities there. NorthPark is proud to be a part of the World Council of Credit Unions which helps in this aid.

Louise Herring Member Service Award

Every day we go above and beyond for our members, and this award recognizes that. In this edition of 'CEO Corner,' Carma talks about how being awarded for member service pushes us to do more for our members and other credit unions.

NorthPark is dedicated to helping others. With the help of our members, we donate milk purchasing funds to Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana. So far, in 2022, we have donated funds that provided over 83,400 servings of milk.

Each month NorthPark donates 5 gallons of milk to Gleaners for every new loan and 2 gallons for every new Free Rewards Checking.
