Logan, UT- Conservice, utility management and billing company, today announced that David Jenkins, CEO, received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year^� 2011 Utah Region Award in the consumer service category. According to Ernst & Young LLP, the award recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. David was selected by an independent panel of judges, and the award was presented at a gala event at the Grand Ballroom, Salt Palace Convention Center on June 23, 2011.

David started Conservice based on the idea that a great company to work for could accomplish great things for its clients. Using his experience gained over a number of years in multi-family property management David designed the original architecture of the company's culture and technology laying the groundwork for a talented team to grow the business in a way that has been unmatched in the industry. David's education includes a BS degree in Business Management and a MSS Degree in Human Resource Management, both from Utah State University.

The awards are the culminating event of the Ernst & Young Strategic Growth Forum^�, the nation's most prestigious gathering of high-growth, market-leading companies, which will be held November 9-13, 2011.
