Tell Congress to Fund Lifesaving Research

Since 2018, KidneyCAN has organized 1,489 advocacy meetings with Congressional offices. Our grassroots army is strong, but we need YOU.

KidneyCAN continues to push for robust research funding through the NIH, NCI, and the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP).

We're also asking Congress to make expert care accessible to everyone with telehealth legislation.

Our key FY25 asks include a $60 million appropriation for the Kidney Cancer Research Program (KCRP), $51.303 billion for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) with a $7.934 billion appropriation for the National Cancer Institute (NCI), long-term telehealth legislation, and sustainable funding for medical research that incorporates the patient voice in legislative policy, especially in areas promoting clinical trial development, diversity in enrollment, and accelerating cures.

These efforts are crucial in our ongoing mission to drive progress and bring hope to the kidney cancer community.

A few minutes of your time on Tuesday can literally save lives!

Register now and plan to join us. We will give you everything you need to succeed.
