A Publication of Pathway to Living

Oh, the places we go!

There’s nothing like a trip to the Chicago Botanic Garden Orchid Show to harken spring and lift your spirits. Azpira Place of Lake Zurich residents enjoyed the radiance of more than 10,000 orchids in bloom under sunlit palm trees and in forest canopies teeming with color and life.

New and improved BRETON

Residents and team members celebrated the re-Grand Opening of the beautifully renovated  Azpira Place of Breton.
Game On!
At Azpira Place of Lake Zurich , our residents don’t sit around watching game shows on television, they actually play them. See them in action battling it out for a win in Azpira’s version of Family Feud.

Happy Passover

To mark the beginning of the Jewish holiday of Passover, Lake Zurich residents sat down to share a traditional Passover Seder feast prepared and served by Director of Culinary Experiences Eli.

Pets Welcome!

Whether your pet is four-legged or feathered, Azpira Place encourages residents and family members to include their beloved buddy as they plan life’s next phase.
Meet Bugs Bunny, our Azpira Place of Breton Memory Support neighborhood’s pet rabbit, who is hoppin’ fun to have around!

Exercising their artistic muscles, Azpira Place of Lake Zurich residents worked on shading and geometric shapes with charcoal and produced some very fine artwork in the process.
Ageless Allies is a new Pathway to Living signature program built on years of intergenerational programming experience. From helping elementary school students read to mentoring – and being mentored by – college students, our older adult residents across the Midwest experience the positive effects of interacting with multiple generations.
Ask PATHWAY PEOPLE

Don’t Let JOB STRESS Ruffle Your Feathers
Stress may come with the job, but when a quarter of the nation’s workers describe feeling the need to scream or shout because of stress, as stated by the American Institute of Stress, that’s not okay.
