Aztlán Studio Theme Park is a Family Friendly Resort

Aztlan Development is working to develop and operate the Family Friendly side of the 400+ Acre Tyson Ranch located in Desert Hot Springs (DHS) and Palm Springs (PSP), CA, separated by Interstate 10. On the 200 acre Palm Springs side, the Studio Theme Park Resort will feature a 100 foot Pyramid with exotic water features, a working Movie Studio and Digital Academy, a 250 bed Hotel, Virtual Reality Immersive Experiences & Rides, and three Music & Entertainment venues. The 200 Acre (DHS) side will include a large multi-media Events Center to host Sporting Events, e Sports Tournaments, Conventions, and indoor/outdoor Concerts/Festivals for up to 35,000,000 people. The project will also include a Resort Hotel and large Luxury Glamping area with the world largest Lazy River. The DHS side will be Cannabis Friendly and will include Tyson University for Cannabis education and research.

Tyson Ranch is located in the heart of Coachella Valley, 5 minutes from PSP International Airport. Aztlan Development has entered with an agreement with ICM USA to develop the $40 MM Coachella Cinema Institute with working Studio and Digital Academy on 15 acres within Tyson Ranch Palm Springs. International students will work, play, stay and study in Aztlan.
Return to Aztlán: Magic & Mystical
Meso-American Themed Park conjures up the legends, myths, gods and goddesses of the Magical and Mystical Aztlan past (Former Coachella Valley).
The Mythical Homeland of the great Meso-American Empires, Aztlan Theme Park will have a 100 ft. Pyramid that can been seen for 2 miles. This center piece will queue immersive 5-D experiences, incredible water features, and experiences that will last a lifetime.

Gray Frederickson produced all three Godfather Movies, and Apocalypse Now. He has two Oscar nominations and won the Oscar for Godfather 2. Roy Hahn and he wrote the screen play for Return to Aztlan. on which the theme park is based.

Mike Tyson and Roy Hahn set out to develop a Latino Theme Park in Palm Springs along with award winning Architect Mark Stuart. After spending millions of dollars on development, the Covid 19 pandemic stopped all production. Hahn has plans to develop in the project in Ecuador.
