DISPOSE OF LIGHT BULBS SAFELY

Beginning August 19th, and every 3rd Saturday of the month after, Azusa residents may now drop off bulbs (LED, CFL, fluorescent tube, incandescent, halogen, string lights) at Azusa Public Works Yard. If you have broken lightbulbs, put the broken glass in a sealed container or wrap the pieces up securely in newspaper, tape it shut, and label it. Labeling the broken glass helps protect the Public Works crew from injury. Unwrapped broken glass will NOT be accepted.

Public Works Yard is open to Azusa residents every 3rd Saturday of the month for electronic waste, batteries, and lightbulb drop-off from 8 AM - 12 PM. You don't need to make an appointment. Hazardous waste will be NOT accepted.

Please take a look at the flyer below on hazardous waste disposal for more information.
