The two-day per week drought watering schedule has been lifted and is now back to three-day summer watering effective immediately through October. Thanks to a series of abnormal atmospheric river storm events in California that brought record rainfall and resulted in improved local water supplies. Although the drought is effectively over and the State has lifted some water restrictions, ALW urges all customers to continue to use water wisely and make conservation a way of life. The next drought might just be around the corner.
