What's Happening Around School...
Kudos Korner-
The Citadel Federal Credit Union partners with the Chester County IU every year to identify outstanding teachers in Chester County. Teachers are nominated by students, parents or colleagues, and then one finalist from each school district is chosen based on the nominations received. We are pleased to share that Mrs. Khara Flint has been named as the T/E School District's Citadel Heart of Learning Finalist for 2017. Mrs. Flint is one of our amazing art teacher at TEMS.
It is not surprising that numerous people nominated Mrs. Flint's for this honor.  She has an exceptional ability to make kids feel comfortable and successful in art class (and after school in her thriving art club).  She partners with others, connects art to other disciplines, and volunteers to help in our school and community in so many ways. Congratulations Mrs. Flint! Link.
