COGCC posted 1 Form 2A application for the Webber Pad
On March 29, 2019 Broomfield was notified that COGCC posted 1 Form 2A application for the Webber Pad (Form 2A #401631392 - Webber Pad) where Extraction plans to construct 4 modular large volume tanks (MLVTs).  The Webber Pad will be located in the vicinity of the existing Webber H Unit 1 oil and gas facility (see figure below). These MLVTs will be used to contain the fresh water that will be transported via pipeline to each of Extraction's new well pads in Broomfield for use during the Completions Phase of development.  This Water Storage Site was approved as part of the Amended and Restated Oil and Gas Operator Agreement between Extraction and Broomfield:

The posting of this Form 2A initiates the comment period which will end on April 18, 2019 unless Broomfield requests and is granted a 10-day extension, which will push the comment period to April 28, 2019.   Click here to view map.
