  • Routinify, a company whose goal is to help aging adults thrive in place by providing technology services.

Several exciting breakout sessions, including:

The Science of Fall Prevention
Science and technology are currently transforming how we think about, and tackle the issue of fall prevention. Join Nymbl Science for a discussion about this, and how balance is a reflex, and how everyday movements can be “balance training moments”.
Getting There
Interested in learning how to access private, public, and paratransit in the Denver Metro area? Join Denver Regional Mobility & Access Council (DRMAC) as they demo their free smartphone app and web tool “Getting There” and how you can use it to help get you where you want to go.
Move It! Improve It!
This breakout session is actually a fitness class so if you attend, be prepared to work up a sweat! The instructor will focus on balance, posture, and coordination while also throwing in cognitive, visual, and vocal challenges. Most of the activities are set to music, and all are meant to be FUN! (Please note, this fitness class is specifically designed to address the symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease, but it is not limited to those with Parkinson’s.)

...and last, but not least, a summary of the keynote address.

The world as we knew it changed in March of 2020. Since then we have been on a journey, unlike anything we’ve experienced before. We’ve had to refocus our priorities and overcome numerous obstacles in our personal and professional lives.
Change is inevitable. Keynote speaker, Kari Knutson, will also speak on our feelings about change, and the responses we have towards it. One area of extreme change is how we access and utilize technology. Kari will briefly touch on this, and how we can use it to make positive changes in our lives.

Attendees will leave with ideas on how to cultivate personal resilience so they can successfully navigate challenges and changes in their life.
