WHAT TO WEAR & BRING:

The trade show attire is business casual. Our theme is Around the World and we encourage you to dress with the theme! We will be accepting walk-ins at the door.

Reminder: There are no physical tickets for this event available prior to the show.

In order to try to keep everyone safe and touchless, we will be using a lead retrieval system this year and exhibitors will scan your badges for your information.

COVID PRECAUTIONS
Masks are mandatory for the safety of all guests and will be required to be fully worn if not actively eating or drinking and stationary. All food and drink must be purchased and consumed outdoors, and will not be allowed on the trade show floor/exhibit hall. Please refer to our health and safety guidelines prior to the event. Those who do not wish to or refuse to comply will be required to leave the event.
If you are sick, experiencing symptoms, or believe you have been recently exposed (within 14 days) to someone with COVID-19 you may not attend this event.

Cancellations or substitutions for COVID-related reasons will be allowed with no penalty up to the date of the event but must be requested in writing and accompanied by validating information. Requests can be made by emailing krystal@baaahq.org. (Refunds or forgiveness will not be honored for “no shows” that failed to submit prior written notice.)
HOW TO GET TO THE FLORIDA STATE FAIRGROUNDS
Here's a convenient Google Map link to The Florida State Fairgrounds, 4800 US-301 Tampa, FL 33610. Parking is free in the grassy lot in front of Expo Hall only. All events will be held surrounding and inside Expo Hall.

Attendees must enter through the US-301 entrance only. Follow through the Main Gate and let security know you're here for the BAAA Trade Show. Follow signs and use the Parking Map below to find us.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
3:00 - 8:00 pm: Show Hours (Please arrive during your selected Boarding Time. This will enable us to ensure 50% capacity and enable social distancing)

  • 3:00 - 4:30 pm: Matinee Boarding Time #1
  • 4:30 pm: $300 Prize Drawing
  • 4:30 - 6:00 pm: Mid-Day Boarding Time #2
  • 5:30 pm: $300 Prize Drawing
  • After 6:00 pm: Red Eye Boarding Time #3
  • 6:30 pm: $300 Prize Drawing

  • No one under the age of 18 may participate in the show as an attendee or exhibitor. All attendees must be employed in the rental housing industry and non-exhibiting suppliers are prohibited from the Fairgrounds property.

  • All food and drink must be purchased and consumed outdoors, and will not be allowed on the trade show floor/exhibit hall.

  • All exhibitors & attendees must adhere to posted COVID19 protocols including wearing facemasks at all times on the trade show floor and in all outdoor common areas.
