Are you a student with a business idea? Start your own company this summer!
Summer Company is a program that provides Ontario students ages 15-29 up to $3,000 and hands-on coaching and mentoring to help you start and operate your business. It starts in June / July and finishes by Labour Day.

Starter Company Plus Incubator Program
Business Training, Mentoring and Money for those who are launching or buying a Business . The program has 5 full training days (9am - 4pm two times a week) covering Business Concept, Organization, Operations, Customer Relations and Presentation Skills. The program is available from April 1, 2017 - December 15, 2018 . There will be a number of training groups throughout the year.

The 2018 Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ) application period for employers is now open.

Canada Summer Jobs provides funding to help employers (not-for-profit organizations, public-sector employers and small businesses with 50 or fewer employees) to create summer job opportunities for young people aged 15 to 30 who are full-time students intending to return to their studies in the next school year.  Service Canada is accepting applications until  February 2, 2018.

Employing Young Talent Incentive (EYTI)
This program offers small businesses owners who hire and retain a young person (age 15 to 29) through Employment Ontario  a benefit of $1,000 to $2,000, or up to $2 per hour.
