August 31, 2015
Dear BAE Member,
As president of your local Bibb Association of Educators (BAE), and on behalf of the Georgia Association of Educators (GAE) and the National Education Association (NEA), I wish to extend to you a sincere "Welcome Back" to school. We are confident that you have started another victorious year here in Bibb County. I would like to thank you for your support during the last year.
Over the next week, you will receive e-mail updates on policies, protocol, governance, dues, the BAE Alliance for Public Education, and a tentative event schedule. Please make sure that your GAE profile is current. We will also start a membership referral program.
BAE, alongside our state and national affiliates, has demonstrated time and time again that it is at the forefront in providing education employees with more secure employment, higher salaries, and the political influence essential for the improvement of our professional status. We are the most powerful voice for public education in Bibb County.
I would like to introduce you to your governing body. This is a great team of caring individuals that works hard for you. These educators are dedicated to you, the membership, and to the Bibb County students that we serve.
