Builder Advisor Group is pleased to announce Lennar's acquisition of South Atlanta builder-developer WCH Homes. BAG advised the
long-time founders on a strategic sale to Lennar that includes a development partnership for the delivery of nearly 2,000 lots including several hundred finished homesites. This strategy aligns well with Lennar’s land-light approach and gives the sellers an opportunity to maximize the value of their land positions. The Warner Robins-based deal gives Lennar a strong foothold in a fast-growing submarket of the Atlanta metro, the nation’s sixth largest new home market. BAG was honored to work with Lee and Dylan Wingate on this historic transaction and it looks forward to continuing a successful relationship with them as they continue to serve as predominant developers throughout South Atlanta.
