Lennar Acquires Realstar Homes

The acquisition will complement Lennar's current operations in Myrtle Beach and expand the company's geographic footprint into Hilton Head, SC. The principals of Realstar have entered into a strategic joint-venture with Lennar to serve as a continued source of land and lots for the company in the region.
