Whether you're new to BroadHub reporting and need some serious training, or consider yourself proficient but have nagging questions, BAM! is the place to take your reporting game to the next level.
BAM! offers several reporting training opportunities:
Billing System Administration, Dispatch and Reporting
The multi-purpose session will be hosted by GLDS front-line management, Support and Implementations team members.
This is your opportunity to ask those nagging questions, or to learn best practices from other operators.
We'll focus on topics including BroadHub Administration, Dispatch and Reporting.
We'll offer this class twice during BAM!, both as morning breakout sessions.
Reporting One-on-One with GLDS' Eric Cotting
Designed as one-hour sessions, you bring the topic and we'll bring the training. Eric will come ready to talk through BroadHub Report Designer, writing SQL, and even Data Dictionary. The custom one-on-one sessions are for those who want to take their existing reporting skills to the next level; no reporting newbies, please.
Only six of these sessions will be offered. We'll publish sign-ups to
registered attendees only on April 2nd so be ready to grab a slot when the email comes. Have a colleague who's attending BAM? Make it a one-on-'two' session and bring them along.
Reporting Essentials Training / Extended Day-long Session (Add'l Cost)
Need hands-on introductory report writing training? In conjunction with BAM!, we're offering a day-long report-writing workshop on Monday. Restricted to just 8 operators, one student per operator, you'll spend the day in a GLDS training room with GLDS business intelligence specialists. We'll bring an outline of advanced reporting topics, but we recommend that
you help shape the topics
with your ideas for this special session. We'll teach you, but the day is designed to get your questions answered and show you how and where to get the data you need.
