Looking for Inventory? New Subdivision in Pelham Opens Up Model Home

Camellia Ridge, a Newcastle Homes development, is opening its model home next week off Bearden Road across from Pelham High School. 16 spec homes are completed or near completion in Phase 1. Six of those homes are already under contract. The initial phase will offer 30 homes, and 100 additional homesites will come in future phases. According to the Bham Business Journal, the builders are offering 18 different floor plans for the homes priced from the upper $200,000 to the mid-$400,000 range.

Have your Open House do Double-Duty

At your next open house host a drawing for a free fall yard clean up. Hire a landscaping crew for a day to rake and blow leaves, sweep up sidewalks, etc. To win, attendees must drop a business card or fill out a contact sheet. Make sure there are instructions to indicate yes or no if they are working with a REALTOR. No one likes yard work, show up with the crew to take photos to place on your social media.l

Last Saturday, September 8th, the Birmingham Association of REALTORS put in a work day at the Bush Hills Community Garden. With many volunteers, and a $2500 grant from the National Association of REALTORS, Community Affairs Coordinator, Jasmine Sanderfer and the BAR Public Relations Committee organized an effort to expand the gardens.
