Attending the
BARD MUSIC FESTIVAL is an extraordinary experience! The mission of the Festival is to "promote new ways of understanding the history of music to a contemporary audience." In recent years our groups have enjoyed total immersion in the worlds of Stravinsky (2013), Schubert (2014), Puccini (2016), Chopin (2017). and Rimsky-Korsakov (2018). .This summer, the festival will focus on the world of
ERICH WOLFGANG KORNGOLD. You will enjoy six concerts each preceded by pre-concert lectures and panel discussions in the Frank Gehry - designed RICHARD B. FISHER CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS or OLIN HALL, another building on the campus of BARD COLLEGE. Please join us for another wonderful weekend in the HUDSON RIVER VALLEY!
