Dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus, part of the growing repentance remnant, cleansing as His Bride, getting ready for His soon return as our Bridegroom-----

We often share testimonies of the move, especially in Africa, of His Holy Spirit and His Miracles, through preaching His gift of repentance. Perhaps today is a good time to reflect on some of the simple Truths to experience this incredible gift.

Above all, it's the WAY to come into His eternal Kingdom. When Jesus first preached He could have said, 'Love your neighbor." He said that later, but first He said:"REPENT, FOR THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS AT HAND." (Matthew 4:17, Mark 1:15). No more playing lukewarm church; each of us needs to repent, to turn our mindset and our hearts to Him, thus choosing Him as our Savior, and then receiving His Holy Spirit. With that Holy Spirit, we can then obey His command to cleanse, to purify from old sin patterns (2 Corinthians 10:3), to be members of His Royal Priesthood.

And then here is a process you may want to follow: "45 Minutes to Joy"

Step one is setting aside time to be alone with God for at least forty five minutes. For many this will be just before bed or early in the morning. As you come before the Lord, bring your Bible, a pen, and paper. Begin by reading Psalms 32 and 51, where David shares his testimony of confessing sin. Thank God for His love and ask His Spirit to minister to you as your Teacher.

There’s no rush ! Spend time entering His courts with thanksgiving. Enter His gates with praise to Him. Allow love and adoration to flow out of your heart towards God.  When you sense His presence, open your heart and mind to repentance--- turning away from the flesh and the world to His Purity.

Next, ask God to bring to mind any sins He wants you to confess. Pray, as David did, Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. ’ (Psalm 139:23,24). As God brings your sins to mind, write them down. Often this can include vows you made when you were younger which no longer are needed. It could also include generational curses; it could include strongholds, filters to His Truths. (2 Corinthians 10:3-5). When God stops bringing them to mind, ask Him, ‘Is there anything else?’

As He shows you more sins, write them down also. Write down every sin He shows you. Don’t be in a hurry and don’t try to make excuses…make your list as complete as possible. …When you ask, ‘Is there anything else?’ and God doesn’t show you any more, you know your list is complete. You now have a list of every sin God wants you to confess.

The third step is confession. When you feel your list is complete, pray carefully through the list, confessing them one at a time. Ask Him for forgiveness.  In 1 John 1:9, God assures us that: “ If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. “

At any point of confessing a sin when you sincerely wish to be done with its hold on you, renounce it by name using the Name of Yeshua/Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, using the full power of the Holy Spirit available to you at that point, including any heavenly language you may have.

When we come into agreement with God about our sin, He restores us. We are forgiven and cleansed.  The blood of Jesus has already paid the price for every sin in your life. Before you even existed, God loved you so much He took the penalty for your sin upon Himself. As we come before Him in humility to confess our sin, God applies the ‘Atoning Sacrifice’ of Jesus to our lives and restores us to full fellowship with Him.

At any point you can take the next step and ask Him, Your Teacher, to help you repent from that entire pattern. Exercise your free will, decide to remove that old pattern totally! As it's removed, experience the JOY and the FREEDOM!! Add this JOY to your testimony, so that others can learn that repentance is His GIFT.

And then the final step in repentance: act on it; walk it out, so that others see your new Godly character: bear Holy Spirit Fruit, such as love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, kindness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control--- ALL fruit worthy of repentance!

As part of our GIVE 12 Project, as of March 21, a total of $10,771 , just over 20% of the GOAL of $50,000, had come in from our precious friends thus far!

The project will end soon, possibly far short of the goal. Will you please add to this what the Lord places on your heart? God LOVES a cheerful giver, "and God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things and at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work." (2 Corinthians 9:7,8) "The generous man [is a source of blessing and] shall be prosperous and enriched, And he who waters will himself be watered [reaping the generosity he has sown]. (Proverbs 11:25 (amplified)

Virtually 95% of the funds in the GIVE 12 PROJECT have gone out to address very real spiritual warfare and physical hunger battles being addressed by our repentance-preaching brothers and sisters, helping them bring in new believers in the growing Kingdom of YHVH.

God bless you,

Jeff
