Adoration for the Walk of Life concludes : 7:00 - 9:00 pm, Basilica

Please note January's Taize is canceled and will resume February 22

Saturday, January 26
  • Walk For Life - blessings of Pilgrims at 9:30am, Basilica followed by walk in San Francisco.
  • Notes for Nourishment Returns (one time only) - 1:30pm in Basilica
Donna Stoering will be joined by violinist Philip Brezina  and cellist Gabriel Beistline for a special FREE one hour program of inspiring classical music. Donations requested to benefit Listen for Life Foundation and St. Joseph Parish.
All are welcome!
  • Women & Spirituality: Interfaith Dialogue - 2pm at Buena Vista United Methodist Church, 2311 Buena Vista Ave.

Young Adult Brunch at Blue Dot after 9:30 Mass.

Catholic School Week begins (Jan 27 - Feb 2)
Active participation by our  Elementary School at the 9:30 am Mass and participation by our High School at the 11:30 am Mass. We invite our Parish Community to participate at any of these Masses and  support our Schools.

Family Mass February 10

The next Family Mass will be at 9:30am on February 10.  Children (and their families) are invited to actively participate by serving as lectors, greeters, etc.  Adults and teens are welcome to offer creative ideas and assist.  Please contact Anne Marie at if you and/or your children are interested in helping.

Young Adults Feed the Hungry

Many thanks to the members of the Alameda Deanery's Young Adult Group who helped serve at the St. Vincent de Paul Dining Room last week.  It was a powerful and rewarding experience.  Visit our FaceBook page for more pictures.
