To assist BBHS families with building connections with one another, a Student/Family Digital School Directory is available through the Skyward platform. Only the information that you have “opted in” is viewable to other families. This year many families may have missed the opportunity to opt in, so their information is not available to others.

If your family's intention is to “opt out” of sharing your contact information, that is fine and no action is needed. However, in the spirit of building community and making it possible for other BBHS families to connect with you and your students, we encourage you to “opt in”. This can help with carpooling and making connections. 
 
Please complete Step 1 below, and then move to Step 2 to ensure that your family information is viewable if you want it to be.
 
Confirm Contact Information in Skyward:
  1. To ensure that the information included for your student and family is correct, please review your student’s listing in the “School Directory”.
  2. If there are any changes needed, please log into your Skyward account and make the changes there. 
  • Log into your Skyward account.
  • Click on “My Account” at the top right corner of the screen.
  • Verify that the information is correct, or make any changes that are needed.
  • Once the changes have been made, check your account to see what information is viewable in the Digital Directory.

Make changes so your family information is viewable:
  1. Log into your Skyward account.
  2. Click on “My Account” at the top right corner of the screen.
  3. If you want to be included in the school Digital Directory, check the “Add Family with…” in the School Directory field
  4. Please mark what information you want included in the directory
  • Family Address
  • Family Phone Number
  • Guardian Email/2nd Phone/3rd Phone
  • Hit “Save” in upper right corner
