Integrity is the state of being whole or undivided. The makeup of a cell phone screen is millions of tiny crystals if you were to look under a microscope. When the phone is new, all of those crystals have the same shape and are facing the same direction.
Each time we drop the phone (as we all do), some of those crystals change shape and are pointed in different directions. This damages the structural integrity of the screen even though the signs cannot be seen with the naked eye. Overtime one drop no matter the surface or height will shatter the screen and this process didn't happen all at once, but instead was a slow and steady weakening deep beneath what the eye can see.
Matt 19:16-24 talks about the parable of the rich young ruler. He asked Jesus what he needed to do to enter the kingdom of heaven and Jesus responded after some back and forth to ultimately go and sell everything you own and give the money to the poor. This instruction was too much for the rich young ruler and he went away
God wants all of us and the enemy can sometimes use our situations and stuff as tools to divide us from the will and blessings of God. He gives to us freely in order that we use our lives, money and possessions for His Glory. This is being a good steward over the resources He has given us, no matter how big or small. When all that we are and all that we have are facing the same direction, our
"spiritual integrity" is in tact and we are whole and undivided and able to effectively be used by GOD!
