BC Hockey, along with Sport Hosting Vancouver, is hosting the inaugural Vancouver Minor Rec Hockey Classic from March 24 - 29, 2020 at six (6) arenas around Vancouver. Over 1,800 participants and their families will converge in the Lower Mainland for the biggest minor rec hockey tournament in the province.
The tournament will see 90 recreational (non-carded) teams at the Atom, Pee Wee and Bantam divisions (30 per division) from across Western Canada. Each team is guaranteed five (5) games. The Vancouver Minor Rec Hockey Classic is open to male, female and co-ed teams at the Atom, Pee Wee divisions and male and co-ed teams at the Bantam level.
The tournament is one-of-a-kind and more than just a hockey tournament. It will be the ultimate Vancouver Experience!!!
Whether you are from out-of-town or local, there will be special promotional items for all participants.

- Hillcrest Rink
- Killarney Rink
- Kitsilano Rink
- Sunset Rink
- Trout Lake Rink
This tournament isn't your average hockey tournament; we are working to create the ultimate Vancouver "experience" for all participants and their families. We want them to get out of the arenas and hotels when they are not playing to enjoy the many sights and activities Vancouver has to offer.
