Nam #147

We have two (2) exportable elephants left on quota for the remainder of the 2025 season, each offered at a substantial discount. Quality is excellent with all bulls taken so far in 2025 weighing from 55 to 80 pounds. This 14-day hunt takes place in the Bushmanland region of Namibia's Caprivi.

Additionally, there is one permit each for Trophy Elephant, Cape Buffalo and two permits for Hippo in the northern Caprivi which may be booked separately or in combination. These are also fully exportable.  We at Hunt Nation have had multiple clients go to this operation the last couple of years buffalo hunting and they had glowing reports. All buffalo were in the salt by day 2. This is an incredible price for an all-inclusive hunt. Comparable hunts can go for at least twice as much. These elephants will most likely top out at 50 pounds. Victoria Falls is also nearby so there are many options to take advantage of on this incredible hunt. There are no hidden fees! The only extras will be international travel, tips, rifle rental if necessary and trophy export. Observer included!

BRITISH COLUMBIA #192

STONE SHEEP, MOOSE AND MOUNTAIN GOAT

BC #192
BC #192
BC #192

This outfitter has nearly 6,000 square miles to hunt, with nine species of big game including Stone Sheep, goat, Mountain Caribou, moose, elk, grizzly, black bear, mule deer and whitetails, plus lynx. The outfitter is located in northern British Columbia just over 100 miles west of Fort Nelson. This outfit has been in the business for nearly 25 years and his hunting area includes two major river drainages that include wide variety of terrain and wildlife. Hunting is primarily from horses.

This outfitter’s success rate on moose has been close to 100% and that’s for bulls averaging 50 to 65 inches. This may be some of the best moose hunting in Canada right now. The outfitter only takes 25 moose out of this huge area when he could easily take 100 moose without any ill effects. These hunts are guided 1x1 and can be done by backpacking, horseback or boat. Ideally you’ll be hunting moose during the rut when they readily respond to calling.

Mountain goats consistently score either side of 9 to 10 inches. Goats require good conditioning, so get ready for that, although sometimes they are in easier areas. Hunting is via horseback boat and backpacking.

The stone sheep found within his area are considered some of the best there are. While the ultimate remoteness plays a crucial role, their management strategies ensure that they consistently take rams 36-38” with some over 40” every year. This area has a long-running reputation for dark stone sheep. Genetically, these are true stone sheep, which can be verified by their special coloration which varies from salt and pepper to chocolate and almost black.

2026 Pricing:

Moose Hunts 1x1 9-day Horseback or Boat $22,500 September 10- September 20 (2 spots)

Goat Hunts 9-day Backpack / Horseback / Boat $19,500 1x1 $14,500 2x1

Stone Sheep Hunts 1x1 14-day Backpack or Horseback $95,000.

Highlights of Trip: My granddaughter’s first bear. Taken in a very difficult location to hike get in and out of. Great fun! All the guides were very helpful to my granddaughter even letting her help skin hers. Outfitter told her she was their first woman to actually hunt bears with them! NEW MEXICO #321- Phil B.

Highlights of Trip: Great guide (Tad) who knew the ranch where we hunted well. Great personality and easy to converse with. Harvested my antelope on first day and on the following day Tad showed me another ranch he elk hunts on and some really cool geographical sites. WYOMING #38- Ron S.

WYOMING #38

ANTELOPE, MULE DEER & ELK

WY #38
WY #38
WY

This professional big game outfitting operation is based in eastern Wyoming. We have been working with them for nearly 20 years, and know them well.

This outfit conducts all hunts on private ranches encompassing over 6,000 acres of prime habitat for elk, mule deer and antelope in southeast Wyoming. Working closely with the ranch owners allows the outfitter to maintain quality hunting on all of the ranches, and in doing so produce some fantastic trophies.

Most of the hunting is done from 4-wheel drives, ATVs and on foot. Locating animals by glassing is the norm, and then making the stalk on foot. The guides are all licensed professionals who have spent their entire lives hunting in this area. All of them are very accomplished trophy hunters themselves that understand what makes a quality hunt for the client. Knowing the country and behavior of the animals is their business, and they are good at what they do.

Mule deer here will typically run from around 160”-190”. They tend to have good width and mass as well. And of course having spent most of their lives on relatively secluded private lands with difficult public access, they tend to have age and be a bit more approachable. You will do plenty of glassing, try to put them to bed and then make your stalk.

They have some high-success rifle antelope hunts (usually 100%). This area has some excellent genetics for mass and length, and good prongs. Plenty of animals so you can be selective on this hunt. Some clients also do the mule deer/antelope combo hunts, as mule deer tags are an easy draw here. Normally we expect 100% kill on both species.

We think this is a superb elk hunt. It is a ranch of approx. 6,000 acres and it has alfalfa, so it draws elk from neighboring ranches that do not. The elk may wander off this ranch for a day or two, but they always come back to the alfalfa eventually. For 2026, we expect it will take 2 (Special License) to 2+ (Regular License) points to draw this license. This is one of the lowest point draws for elk in all of Wyoming as typically most elk areas take a minimum of 5+ preference points.

OHIO #240

FABULOUS MIDWESTERN WHITETAILS

OH #240
OH #240
OH #240

This ranch is the 2nd largest in the state of Ohio with 8,500 contiguous acres. It is carefully managed to produce trophy whitetail and turkey. With 60 stand locations spread over 12+ miles along with 40 trail cameras they are up to date on what the deer are doing. With 5-6 hunters per week and 35 for the season you can expect a quality hunting experience. The target is for deer 140” and bigger with a minimum limit of 130” deer. Hunting is done by tree stands, ground and elevated blinds. There are no deer drives permitted as drives are the largest source of wounded deer and miss-judgement of antler size. Ohio is in the top 5 when it comes to B&C entries with over 800 in the books.

In 2024 opportunity on whitetails was close to 100% with an overall success rate of 70% with an average score of 140” and the biggest deer taken going 172”. A patient hunter during a 5 day hunt should have a great opportunity at taking a trophy deer. All deer pictured were taken last week.

The lodge is a beautiful place where besides hosting hunters can be used for corporate meetings, fund raisers, reunions and so forth. With the ability to sleep up to 20 guests and a fulltime chef in house this truly is a top end place to hunt from. The lodge has ample parking, internet, cell reception, cable television along with a restaurant level kitchen. Given that is also a full time cattle ranch if you like premium beef for dinner look no farther.

As an added bonus the property has 170 acres of water comprised of 14 lakes and 10 ponds that hold bass, bluegill, crappie and paddlefish.  Additionally, they have stocked the lakes with 4,400 paddlefish.

Pricing: 5 day semi-guided hunt. $4,500

Dates:  Rifle- December 1-7.

NEW MEXICO #321

BLACK BEAR HOUND HUNTS

NM #321
NM
NM #321

This outfitter hunts lions, bears, elk, antelope, mule deer and oryx. New Mexico is well known for its very good elk hunting. Less well known are its excellent bear populations and mountain lion populations. It takes hardworking, dedicated outfitters with good packs of dogs to produce these elusive predators. But that is exactly what this outfitter loves to do! Typically, there will be multiple vehicles out looking for tracks at all hours, and then when found he gets you on the animal!

BEAR HUNTS: With minimal hunting pressure they can get quite large. And his area has enough elevation and wild country to get good snows, and that adds to his success. New Mexico has many color phase bears; cinnamon, brown, blonde and more. You will find more color phase here than any of the more northern hunts in the US or Canada. His elevations in north central New Mexico average 6,000 to 9,000 feet. He hunts Units 6C, 51 and 5B. These are not hunts for the faint of heart. Bears do not always climb trees, and the mountains can be steep. And bears can really hurt dogs, so keeping up is important. Guides may do most of the dog protection, but you need to still be fit. We at Hunt Nation figure this bear hunt with hounds is a 7 for effort, on a 10 scale. Be in shape. If you are, then his success rate averages over 90% and tags are over the counter. No draw required. We at Hunt Nation have sent 7 clients bear hunting with this outfitter the last 3 years and all hunters have tagged a bear!

Pricing: 2026

3 day hotel hunt. $3,500

Dates: September 25-27 (2 spots) September 28-30 (1 spot)

OREGON #265

HIGH SUCCESS COW ELK HUNTS

OR #265

This great Oregon outfitter prides himself on making every hunt a very personal adventure where he is the guide. This is not some huge operation where you are just a number.

For this year he has a couple of cow elk hunts available. These hunts will take place mostly in the Keating unit on both public and private lands. Tags are over the counter. Physically a very moderate hunt where walking will be minimal. Historically this is a 100% opportunity hunt where if you can shoot straight chances are you will get your elk. No need to bring a rifle as you will use the rifle supplied by the outfitter with suppressors.
These will be 2 day hunts where you will be responsible for your lodging and meals.
It is preferred that you have 2 hunters as this is a 2x1 hunt.

Prices: $2500 per hunter. License and tag. Approximately $760

Dates: November 19-20, 2025- (2 spots)- November 24-25 (2 spots)

WYOMING #44

VERY AFFORDABLE HIGH SUCCESS ARCHERY ANTELOPE

This is a small family operation run by the outfitter along with his wife and son, who are lifelong Wyoming natives. They have lived in the Kaycee area all of their life, and hunt only private land, which helps to ensure relatively unpressured antelope. Established in 1999, they like to give their clients the best hunt possible at a reasonable price. They specialize in pronghorn antelope hunting on private lands. Success rates have historically been 100% on rifle and archery antelope hunts. This outfitter is fully dedicated to providing a first-class, professional outfitting service to all hunters. Guides are well prepared and will do their best to fulfill the hunter’s expectations in the field. Just do not expect giant antelope here, but normally good numbers of bucks. Last year took between 1-2 preference points.

These are “motel” hunts. There are some inns and hotels in town, and a campground with decent cabins to rent. For more choices there are more motels about 50 minutes away. The outfitter meets you in Kaycee and provides lunch, snacks, and drinks in the field. Also field prep, and delivery of harvested animals to the local meat processor. The hunter will provide their own lodging, their breakfast and their own evening meals. There are just a couple of restaurants in Kaycee, and one KOA-type camp ground. Nothing fancy out here!

ALBERTA #335

LAST SPOT FOR SPRING BLACK BEAR OVER BAIT

AB

This outfitter’s area of northeast Alberta has a reputation for having lots of bears, and bears with large heads, along with some color phase. Bears over the past 10 or so years have averaged around 6 feet, with some reaching 7 feet+. Success has normally pushed 100%, and we see no reason to think that will change. Huge heads seem common, meaning 18 to 22 inches. This year all 20 hunters took a bear with some taking 2. All spots reserved for 2026 were taken by repeat hunters! This should tell you everything you need to know about the quality of this outfit.

Hunt camp consists of wall tents, sleeping bags (furnished), solid cots with thick foam mattresses, wood stoves, a shower area and a cook tent and a dining area with netting.

Fly or drive to Edmonton or Calgary, and then on to Fort McMurray, where you will be met and driven about 1.5 hours to the camp.

2026 PRICES (subject to change until deposit is received)

Price is $4,800 USD per person (including tag) for a 6-day hunt. Tax of 5% is extra. A second bear can be added for an extra $1,750 USD.

TEXAS #172

SANDHILL CRANE, GOOSE, DUCK AND DOVE

For those looking to challenge up your waterfowling desires, look no further than hunting sandhill cranes. Not only are these birds the best waterfowl to hit the dinner table, commonly referred to as ribeye of the sky, but cranes are very fun birds to hunt and look like lawn chairs falling off a roof when you fold them up over the decoys. Sandhill Cranes are very wary birds. Perfect concealment and decoy placement are a must to fool these birds. When everything is set up just right you will experience some of the most exciting waterfowl hunting there is to be had. They stand 3-4 feet tall and have wingspans approaching 7 feet.

Sandhill Cranes are protected in many states and in others a draw permit is required to harvest one bird. In Texas these birds are abundant and you are allowed a daily limit of 3 with 9 in possession. Hunt Nation agents Eddie Deuser and John Pomazi visited this operation for a two-day hunt in January of 2024. Even with nasty windy weather on day one they were both able to take 2 birds. On day 2 with optimal weather conditions they limited out by 9:30. Located about an hour from Lubbock Texas this outfitter has access to over 30,000 acres of prime Sandhill Crane habitat spread out over 4 counties and located in peanut fields and other various crops. The diverse terrains offer a variety of hunting experiences that cater to different game and skill levels. While you are hunting other guides are scouting out the best locations for tomorrow’s hunt.

2025-2026 Pricing (Subject to change until deposit is received) Per day per hunter. 4 hunter minimum. 6 hunters guarantees you are only group. Sandhill Crane $385 Goose $375 Duck $350 Dove $175 Pigeon $175 Vineyard Package $175 per day. Lodging is $225 per night and includes wine tasting.
