Congratulations to this Week's "Whopping Acts of ROAR" Recipient!

"Charlotte (2nd grade) is a shining example of what it means to ROAR. She displays these qualities consistently everyday.

RESPECT: Charlotte is respectful not only to all of her teachers but also to her classmates and other friends she comes into contact with throughout her day. Her genuine kindness towards everyone stands out. She listens and follows directions quickly with a good attitude.

OPTIMISTIC: Charlotte is optimistic. She is always eager to learn and her positive attitude and smile are contagious.

ACCOUNTABLE: One of Charlotte’s most mature traits is her willingness to take ownership of her actions. She does not make excuses for mistakes; instead, she sees them as opportunities for growth.

RESPONSIBLE: Charlotte leads by example and is an excellent role-model for her peers. She completes all of her classwork and homework on time, and she does this with a great attitude.

Keep up the great work! I am so proud of you!" Mrs. Webb

BCA Glow Fun Run

Please continue sharing the donation link with family and friends through tonight, Fri., Feb. 27. Students can earn an extra little goody for additional pledges that come in through midnight tonight!

We will announce top pledgers, money-earners and final donation results next week.

Thank you to all who worked so hard to ask family and friends for pledges. Our donors have been very generous to BCA.

We also appreciate our volunteers who coordinated the event last Friday evening, distributed prizes and more! BCA is more successful because of our families and donors!

Student Events

A big thank you to the K - 8th graders for sharing sweet Valentine messages with residents of Southern Heritage Assisted/Independent Living! Dr. Harr delivered the messages on Valentine's Day and is pictured here with one of the resident's recipients.

Pretty in Pink!

Ms. Williams and her eighth graders enjoyed a special lunch today from Raising Cane's Chicken. This was a reward for being the top collecting class for the Soup-er Bowl collection earlier this month. Ms. Williams also agreed to another request from her students. The class said they would deliver on collecting if she would agree to coloring her hair pink, and she made good on her promise this week! Pink looks great on her!
