As we close out January, we are excited for many different exciting things happening in February. Below you will find a reminder about winter conferences, please note that these conferences are will be virtual and shorter than the Fall conferences. We are excited to share some of the great work that your children have been doing.
Since the start of 2022, we have picked a theme for each month where we have extra announcements, lessons, and themes for morning meeting. February we will focus on perseverance. We will also be continuing to honor our cultural observances with Black History Month in February. Each month the themes and cultural observances can be seen throughout our building in projects, announcements, and discussions. We will also be continuing the tradition of "I love to Read" month, Kid's Heart Challenge, and the 100th Day of school.
Thanks for your continued support and please reach out if there is anything we can do to help!

We have moved it into the front entry by the office.
Thank you for your patience as parents and district buses safely transport students to and from school and all year long.
The district now manages its own bus fleet. Call the Transportation Department at 952-556-6160 for things like: daily riding pattern changes, concerns about bus safety, lost and found items, or if our child’s bus is more than 10 minutes.
Families who use district transportation can use the MyStop app to track the progress of their student's bus.
Transportation Notices and Changes- If you plan to make a last minute transportation change during the school day- please contact the office at 952-556-6600. DO NOT call or e-mail the classroom teacher. Teachers are working with students and are unable to check their e-mail.
School meals offered free for 21-22 school year
Thanks to an extension in federal funding, breakfast and lunch will be offered free to ALL students during the 21-22 school year.
We take seriously our responsibility to do everything we can to make sure our students and staff are in a safe and healthy environment. The ECCS safe learning plan regarding face coverings has recently been updated. Starting on the first day of school, September 7th, masking will be required indoors for students age 2-12 years old. The mask requirement will be in place through October 1, at which point families will be updated on whether an extension is necessary.
District leaders continue to remain in close contact with state and local health officials to monitor data and adjust learning models as needed. Please bookmark Safe Learning Plan for the latest information.
Please complete only if your child is a new student, kindergartner, or if there are updates/changes/new medical condition or medication changes - Student Health Form
