Education Programming for the BC Hotel Industry
At BCHA, we continue to look for new ways to educate and elevate our industry. As we look to expand with additional support during the COVID-19 recovery period, BCHA will be rolling out new education for hoteliers and their employees. The programs will include department specific training, health and safety training, sales and revenue management training and information for potential education grants among many other offerings. More updates to come.

The webinar will include information on the BCHA efforts during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic as well as a Q&A with Ingrid Jarrett, President and CEO of BCHA. The Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association has recently offered a provincial relief webinar outlining info for businesses, support to access the different relief measures and help to navigate programs available as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Watch the webinar here
