Waggoner, a member of BCOM's class of 2020, was selected based on her strong commitment to community service through volunteer work and her dedication to the osteopathy profession. Her application has been submitted for the National Student DO Award, which will be announced at the annual meeting of the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM) in April.

BCOM Student Cuts Hair, Raises $3,000 for Good Causes
Second year medical student Avery Neal saw a unique opportunity to raise money for Roadrunner Food Bank and Children with Hair Loss. He auctioned off a chance to cut the infamous "man bun" well-known around the BCOM campus.
