LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS):
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE 10/28/16

This Friday, October 28, 2016, from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., the BCPS One Learning Management System (LMS) will undergo routine maintenance. During this time frame users, including teachers and students, will not be able to access or use the LMS.
STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM:
PERIOD ATTENDANCE REPORTS

Period Attendance Reports can be found in the BCPS One Student Information System (SIS) Attendance and Reports modules.  Period Attendance Reports allow users to review student attendance by class period. Period Attendance Reports may be generated for a student, class or teacher. When generating Period Attendance Reports, users must select at least one criterion in the Student Roster section; the report should not be run for the entire school.

Need support? Seek assistance from your school's SIS Administrator or STAT Teacher.  How can they help? 
  • SIS Administrators provide support to school staff for issues related to accessing various BCPS One sub-systems such as the Student Information System (SIS) and Learning Management System (LMS).  Are you unable to login to the SIS or LMS?  Unable to view your classes or missing students from a class list?  Notify your SIS Administrator so they can investigate.
  • STAT Teachers provide support to instructional staff for issues related to the Learning Management System functionality.  Are you unsure of how to assign a lesson tile to students?  Need assistance in creating student groups within a class? Looking for guidance on how to plan for instruction using course maps? Notify your STAT Teacher so they can share "how to" details with you.
