Two Educational Options for Fall 2020
As we prepare for the beginning of the next school year we know there are many questions as to what you can expect. We will provide the details for the digital learning plan and expectations, as well as information about changes within our facilities for those who choose traditional face-to-face instruction.

Annual Enrollment
Emails have been sent for parents to complete the Annual Enrollment for each student. Please complete this so that your child's school can plan for the new school year. If you need this email resent, please contact the registrar at your child's school.

To register for sub training, please complete an online application and select “substitute” as the job of interest.
Here's how to get started...
  • Complete the online application, including three references.
  • Attend the Substitute Training. (An invitation to attend will be sent after your application is complete.)
  • Complete Fingerprinting Process.
On Friday, July 24, homeroom teacher assignments will be emailed to parents of BES, BA, and BSA students.
Buford Athletic Club (BAC) Memberships are now available! The BAC supports ALL sports at BHS and BMS. This financial support from the community allows the athletic department to provide a first-class experience for our student-athletes.
Summer Meals
Gwinnett County is providing free grab-and-go breakfasts and lunches for children 18 years old and younger. Parents can pick up nutritious meals for their children at 33 locations, including Bogan Park.
The Georgia Department of Education teamed up with Georgia Public Broadcasting to create "Getting Ready" guides to help K-3 parents prepare their students for the next school year. These guides cover physical health and wellness, English/language arts, math, science, and social students.
The Governor’s Office has announced a Statewide initiative to map wireless carriers in support of education. The goal is to draw a clear picture of what wireless access looks like in our State by creating maps to assist with decision making.
