Success Through Safety

Christy Uden, CAE, IOM, BCSP CEO

Organizational success is driven by a workforce that is knowledgeable, skilled, and committed to working safely. By supporting your team members’ pursuit of globally accredited certification, you empower them to meet these high standards, positioning your organization to achieve its goals with confidence.

At BCSP, we are committed to equipping your workforce with tools and knowledge to excel and contribute to a safer work environment.

Through our expanded examCORE options, your team can prepare for BCSP exams in a way that suits them best—an in-person setting; a virtual classroom; or self-paced, online study. Once ready, up to 30 candidates from your organization can conveniently sit for BCSP exams together through our Onsite Exam Delivery—at a time and location of your choosing—and get immediate results.

Through free resources like The Hub and BCSP Webinars, and premium content such as our Dale Carnegie leadership courses, we offer tools to help everyone in your organization—from leadership to the front line—adopt a more holistic approach to safety and integrate safe practices into their daily work.

Thank you for setting an example for others through your dedication to safety. We are here to support you throughout your journey, beyond certification, as the safety landscape continues to evolve. Our goal is to keep you equipped with relevant, trusted resources that strengthen your safety culture. Keep reading to discover more that we have to offer.

Present on Behalf of BCSP!

Presentations on safety certification can be done for recertification credit! BCSP has many resources available for certificants to use during presentations, including pre-made PowerPoints, banner displays, literature about achieving certification, and videos.

These resources can be found on our Presentations and Outreach webpage.

Banner displays are a great way to promote BCSP credentials and earn recertification credit. A display is available to any certificant for use at chapter meetings, regional or local conferences, etc. BCSP ships to and from any U.S. venue and provides literature at no cost.

To get your materials, visit our Mimeo site. Displays are first come, first serve, and must be returned.

DC Master Trainer Dr. Merle Heckman leads the first in-person version of the BCSP + Dale Carnegie leadership course. The course was held November 5-7 at BCSP Headquarters in Indianapolis.

"I'd recommend this course to other safety professionals because it will help your interpersonal communications with your colleagues, your coworkers, your supervisors, everyone ... and you will be able to better communicate with those individuals and kind of get ideas across in a more effective manner."
