BCTV Update
Videos connect us in a time of crisis • Share yours now!
The past few weeks have challenged us all to stay healthy, feel relevant, and do something to help our neighbors and community - when we can't follow the most basic human impulse in a time of crisis: to gather.

Here's how BCTV is facilitating 'virtual gatherings' and how you can be part of it:

  • Municipal Meetings are being held online
  • Coordinates are posted here and on Facebook
  • BCTV staff 'attend', record the meetings to air on cable, and archive the videos
  • Find Selectboard and School Board videos and air times
  • Governmental transparency is preserved during the shutdown!

  1. If you have a link: Email your YouTube, Vimeo, or Facebook video link to: [email protected]. Include title and description.
  2. If you have a file: Upload a video file via MediaFire through our website: https://www.brattleborotv.org/submit-video
  • The deadline for submitting videos to air the following Monday is Wednesday at 6 PM.

  • Organizations are posting vital information:
  • The Brattleboro Fire Department is running a ticker with updated emergency information on both channels.
  • If you have information to share with the public as text or graphic, post it to our e-bulletin board by emailing it to: [email protected]

  • BCTV is on the air:
  • Distributing content and information on all of our platforms
  • Comcast channels 1075 & 1085
  • Southern VT Cable channels 8 & 10
  • Website: brattleborotv.org - visit!
  • YouTube channel - subscribe!
  • Facebook & Instagram - follow!
  • On Roku and Apple TV, find BCTV's programs using the YouTube app and searching @brattleborotv.
Message from BCTV Board of Directors President, Chris Lenois

The Board thanks you for your continued viewership of BCTV programming, and applauds your adaptability into online producers. Your willingness to support changes we made to membership structures last year have helped insulate BCTV against some of the dire economic consequences this pandemic is causing. We hope we can count on  your continued support when this crisis passes.
