Bayfield Chamber Secures Marketing Grant for Art Escape | |
Art Escape, September 9 - 17, 2023
Applications Due April 1
The Bayfield Chamber and Visitor Bureau successfully secured a Joint Effort Marketing Grant through the Wisconsin Department of Tourism to promote Art Escape for 2023!
The chamber will receive $22,750 in grant funds to market Art Escape. This is the second year in a row the Chamber has received grant funds to market this event.
In its first year, Art Escape generated $700,000 in economic impact for Bayfield County and Madeline Island and we hope to see the number grow in its second year.
Applications are open for the second annual Art Escape a nine-day celebration of "all things art" across Bayfield County and Madeline Island.
Area artists will be able to feature their art at a time and date chosen by the artists between September 9-17, 2023. This is a prime opportunity to showcase your art via live demos, workshops, and open houses.
Your event will be included in the Bayfield Chamber and Visitor Bureau Art Escape directory that will be distributed across Bayfield County and target markets in the weeks leading up to the event.
Art Escape Directory Advertising Opportunity
Ads and Payment Due April 14
The Bayfield Chamber and Visitor Bureau is putting together an artist and event guide for the week of Art Escape which will be distributed to target markets in July. Please look over the advertising opportunities available in this guide. We greatly appreciate your support for this growing art initiative in Bayfield County and Madeline Island.
