BD&E Wins National Best of Show
Spotlight on...well...us.

BD&E won a Best of Show award in the 32nd Annual Educational Advertising Awards competition. This national recognition was awarded for the comprehensive advertising campaign our team developed for Gustavus Adolphus College, located in St. Peter, Minnesota.
In addition to the Best of Show award, BD&E received four gold, three silver, one bronze and two merit awards for work developed for Bethany College in Bethany, West Virginia; Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina; University of Detroit Mercy in Detriot, Michigan; and Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania.

Sponsored by Higher Education Marketing Report, the most widely read educational marketing journal for more than 30 years, the Educational Advertising and Digital Marketing Awards recognize the best educational advertisements, websites, digital content, electronic communications, mobile media and social media.

@ BD&E
Welcome to the Jungle.

Most people view vacation as a chance to relax. BD&E's Vice President of Creative, Kirk Littell, chooses to do things a bit differently.

For starters on his 10-day trip to Peru, he braved the Amazon rainforest, where he fished for and caught a piranha!  Next, he mountain biked in the Andes, and then hiked and camped for three days on the Lares Trail, which included a 15,800-foot mountain pass. The driving force for the journey was the visit to Machu Picchu, a place he wanted to go to since learning about the Incas in 4th grade. Indisputably, Kirk says the best part of his trip was the people: the other climbers in his group, whom he can now call friends; the incredible outfitter guides; and the Peruvian people he met along the way.

Catching Up with Bella
Get me away from this cat!

Bella is bored. She is very, very bored.

She is looking for recommendations or suggestions for dog play areas to visit, lakes and ponds to swim, or new parks to roam and frolic in. And yes, she is willing to travel.

Where is your favorite swimming hole?
Where do you like to dig up flowers?
What park has the best-tasting sticks?
Where is the best squirrel chasing?
What brand of dog biscuit do you prefer?

Please email Bella your suggestions or better yet, contact her to arrange your own private play date.

Thanks for your time. We will catch up again next month. Spring is officially here, and our Pittsburgh Penguins are in it to win it! Let's go Pens!
