BREWSTER DAY CAMP Newsletter August 4th, 2019 Vol. 38 Issue 13
|
Hello Brewster Day Camp Family!
Week 6 was indeed the hottest one yet! We had a blast swimming in the pool, playing drip-drip-drop, and swimming across Cliff Pond at BASE in order to beat the heat. Our water coolers got a run for their money this week as we made sure to stay hydrated and cool in every activity. We capped off the week with an absolutely electric Olympic Day with incredible LEADERSHIP, as Team Guatemala took home the hardware!
This is another fantastic week at 3570 Main Street as we embrace our JOVIALITY. With two more jam-packed weeks of summer fun at BDC, I am thrilled to see smiling faces and new friendships blossoming around camp. The entire camp family is eager to welcome a dear old friend, Trusty the Clown, back to campus once again. On Friday, you will see Trusty enjoying Carnival Day by silently giving out necklaces, posing for pictures, and taking advantage of all of the Carnival thrills we have to offer. Remember to pack your backpack with excitement!
