Rasheed Harris
Rasheed Harris is a Sr. IT Managers at Medtronic in Enterprise Operational Services. Rasheed is currently leading a global monitoring initiative to expand monitoring and observability with an increased focus on issue prevention, tools innovation and automation. Rasheed brings over 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology with expertise in strategic leadership and operational development. As a graduate of the University of Saint Thomas, he holds degrees in Sociology and Computer Science and is currently pursuing a dual master’s degree in Strategic Leadership and an MBA from Bethel University. Rasheed has been married for over 19 years and has two lovely children. Rasheed lives on a hobby farm where he raises chickens and grows organic produce. In his spare time, you might find Rasheed in the woods, building a tree house - hoping to be the next Pete Nelson (Tree House Masters).
Carl Reed
Carl Reed is a Consultant at Daugherty Business Solutions based in Minneapolis where he currently works on a project at Cargill. Carl is leveraging his 20+ years in consulting to help Cargill become more agile in the Customer Data Warehouse space. Carl’s consulting career has ranged from developer to line management, to program/project management, to agile as a Senior Scrum Master helping clients utilize agility in transitioning waterfall environments. Carl is from Chicago and he attended Roosevelt University, obtaining degrees in Mathematics and an MBA. Carl holds several certifications such as PMP, CSM, ICAgile Certified Professional, ICAgile Agile Team Facilitator and SAFE Agilest. Carl is also an avid Toastmaster.
Logan LeCompte
Logan LeCompte is a Senior IT Supervisor in charge of weekend operations at Medtronic with a focus on process automation, incident prevention and IT quality. His responsibilities include managing weekend support for Unix, Intel, Network and Data Center Operations teams. Logan holds B.S. degrees in both Computer and Network Security, and Network Systems Administration from Dakota State University in Madison, South Dakota.
