Each year at Compliance Unleashed, our Annual Conference, we include a Compliance Panel that consists of dealers we believe to have a strong compliance function. Our goal is to have these folks discuss how they have achieved their success and overcame the challenges that all dealers face. This year's panel did a fantastic job and we received lots of meaningful feedback.
At the conclusion of the session, several attendees approached me and shared that it was enlightening to learn that others shared their frustration of isolation at their jobs and don't have anyone to help them develop their skills in their critical compliance role of protecting the business. Sadly, this is a recurring conversation we hear a lot.
This was one of our driving forces behind the creation of our Compliance Accountability Group earlier this year. By participating, a member immediately joins a network of like-minded people with the same priorities and goals. This is the place to expand your horizons, gain subject mastery, and learn the skills that will protect your dealership.
